Tuesday Train #49

3484341029_a1aa99f119_o.jpgThe Replica of Liverpool & Manchester Railway Planet of 1830 giving wagon rides at the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) in Manchester England during half-term break in April 2009.  This museum sadly recently lost its main line connection here to the original Manchester Liverpool Road station which is part of the museum.  Despite that, the museum is well worth a visit if you are in Manchester and have any interest in technology, trains, or aviation.

  1. Yes, the MOSI has a nice big chunk of a trident inside. Complete with very 70s flowery wallpaper esque interior panels. Unfortunately the day I visited it was bucketing down and that big old shed of a building with the aircraft was leaking like a strainer.
